This is not a Pinterest recipe. This is a product of my international certification and "trial and error".
We call this butter more than balm because it is solid in form but spreads like butter.
The temperature of the body (fingers) just melts it to the right consistency. Not too hard, not too soft, not so icky, not so dry. It's just perfect.
The formulation is similar to a 2% pre-diluted roller bottle.
Best for those with children that do not the ticklish feel of a roller bottle.
